Newswire: January 9, 1999 - UNIDENTIFIED MAN FOUND AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER Amature divers today discovered the body of an unidentified man at the bottom of the Mississippi river. While the divers were not available for comment, witnesses say the man's feet were encased in cement and the man had 4 letters stamped on his forehead. While accounts differ, reporters believe the concensus is the letters were FBN?. The last letter had been obscured by the headlights of passing motorists. Police say the victim's clothing was all inscribed with the name "Steve"
