I very much like(and respect) the"geeks" of which you speak and also believe they get far to little pay / credit. The thing which I fear is that if the wheels do come off track with this thing, In the eyes of society the programers will become the scapegoats, not the management which not hire enough of them in time. Why is it many of these should be new paradigm ers (the programers & other IT types) are buying gold silver and taking cash out of the banks? Hmmmmmm!
