John, Here's the featured story from EMC's web site front page titled, "12-Month Countdown To Y2K." emc.com The entire article should make an EMC shareholder feel secure holding shares in this company. In terms of EMC basically addressing the mainframe market, here is one paragraph from the article: [quote begin] EMC TimeFinder™, a unique software that resides on the host/server and Symmetrix systems, allows systems and storage administrators to create, in background mode, independently addressable copies of data for mainframe, UNIX and Windows NT information storage.
