FNET owns their network,The off net terminations I expect are handled by WCOM as announced in the PR.The last mile being delivered by XXX.
Rates will come down don't you think?Jim said as we build and grow the price will come down and the savings will be passed on to customers.
Savings of 10% will mean a lot to new business.Sounds like Oregon has its act together.
