I think there's more at work here than Gene speaks to. Let's be realistic, so called Wall Street doesn't give 2 hoots about BB stocks and certainly ones that trade at such low levels and then ones that have such a negative past. I can't help but believe that a man like Gene with all 19+ years of investing experience doesn't already know this.
Once you put his seemingly innocent question together with his alleged experience and then geographical location, where by the way its legal to short American BB stocks, one cannot help but wonder about Gene's real motives.
I am the first to welcome anyone seeking sincere enlightenment about TSIG but my instincts need to be confirmed or denied before doing so. Having dealt with so many shrewd business people in my reletively few business years I have learned one thing: things are not always what they appear to be and I for one would like Mr. P to clarify his position re tsig before engaging him in any meaningful dialogue. After all if you review his only other post it leaves one with a sense of shall we say "sarcasm." And from one who has so much experience but asks what appears to be such an innocent question. There's a big disconnect there.
Sorry to be so observant but if my suspicions are accurate about tsig's prospects, and Mr. Gordons lawsuit as per the most recent 10K have any merit, then could it be that TSIG faces yet another possibility of shorting as we go forward?
A new PP has just been put into place and the terms have yet to be made public, and I for one don't take kindly to someone artificially screwing with my investment just for their own personal gain.
While shorting cannot be stopped while it's legal over the border, and I personally believe anyone that does consider it with a penny stock has to have a screw loose, but with the past being what it was, I would not like to help the enemy if we have one amongst us.
Great things appear poised to happen and if there is the possibilty of deep pockets intervening to the negative I think I would like not to give them too much of an advance warning of whats in store for them.
Please think it through as best you can before responding to Mr. P please. He may be very genuine but I would like to know more.
