Tonto, Roger et all: I think EBAY is one of the most attractive net stocks to short right now. Though it is a neat site, there is tons of competition and virtually no cost of entry to the auction business. With a market cap of about 11 billion dollars it is worth about 100x fair value IMO (And I use EBAY!). EBAY does not have the name recognition of YHOO or AMZN or even the second tier search engines, all who could or are competitors. All it would take would be someone like YHOO who already has auctions to get serious about promoting it. As is, there is already a ton of competition.

Best,

Timoteo
