Re: WCOM-ATI phony baloney bid, I think Bernie Ebbers isn't beyond trying to run up the price as a way to justify CM's asking price for NXTL. Could it be that CM has purposely set the price high as a creative way of saying no? And what if BE agrees to that price anyway? Oops, we then own WCOM shares. Plus I buy a new boat.
