I know about it from a contact I have that works at EA. Apparently it has a solid rep and a growing circulation. I guess its read by over a million gamers, don't forget the video game industry does $4 billion/yr....the one thing I'm not readily sure of is the synergies. I plan on making a call to IR next week to get the skinny, I'll post what I find out. Perhaps they plan on using this as a springboard to a ecommerce site or becoming a provider to retailers in this niche.
