In the US , if the lawers like , they can file a suit against any companies for over charge , and ask the companies to give back the money . The problem is what is the definition of over charge, Who set the standard about whats % of profit companies should make so that it will not be counted as over charge ? Is $130K for Mercede Benze S560 over charge comparing to Honda which sold for $20K ? Then should
Mecede return all the over charged money back to the consumers ? Or is Honda overcharg the customers comparing to Dodge Colt which sold for less than $13000 ?
Then should Honda return the over charged money to the consumers ? All these are just nonsense . It is the market force to make the decision. These lawyers just like to find something to file suit against to keep their jobs .

SO IF MICROSOFT GAVE AWAY ITS PRODUCTS , THE GOVERNMENT COMPLAINED MICROSOFT DUMP ITS PRODUCTS TO THE MARKET, AND IF MICROSOFT CHARGE ITS CUSTOMES ON THE PRODUCTS< THE GOVERNMENT COMPLAINS MICROSOFT OVER CHARGE THE CUSTOMERS> SO NO MATTER WHAT MICROSOFT IS DOING < THE GOVRNMENT ALWAYS THINKS IT IS WRONG . THEN WHAT SHOULD MICROSOFT DO ? MY SUGGESTION IS CLOSING THE US OFFICE AND MOVE TO OVERSEAS WHERE THE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT IS BETTER
WITH MORE REASONABLE BUSINESS LAW.
