LOL. A very fine point. That Larry Flynt has been lauded and given even cursory attention by the whores here on SI (those who salivate over the scum he supposedly has scraped up on certain GOP politicians), further convinces me that very many Americans are themselves whores. Regardless of the dirt he delivers, Flynt should be considered the bottommost scum of the universe and treated as such. Yet many Americans now look to him for information concerning their politicians. Flynt is becoming a political player of sorts for the left, despite, as you imply, his complete lack of credibility. Drudge is beginning to look better all the time.
