I do not think now that anyone is going to take-over CBS at these high prices. If they really wanted to, they could have done it earlier much cheaply, and easily, when it was at $20 recently. I could be wrong though. (its just a gut-feeling ... the most unreliable kind of reactions :-) ).

Hadn't thought of it in your ironic way, but you are correct about MKTW. It puts an "Internet play" label on CBS, which we need. MKTW so oversubscribed it's scary. Look at a chart on DBCC!

And keep your "eye" on SPLN. A sleeping moonshot!
