Hello Morrie;

On all your points;

1/.................correct.......choppers are very expensive to run??

2/.................correct.......market conditions?? can't sell a horse in a pig's market??........now they are out looking at horses??

3/.................correct.......strategy laid out for all of the programs they are presently involved with was and is very necessary??

Time is all that is needed for now, they either hit grades or they don't??

Hello Again, 2. Saving for a better market conditions ?? don't think so. They should of drill it in the boom times.

Strategy, I believe management is saving their cash nothing more.
