yes, we are both talking about the same company and to answer your question, I owned quite a little of the Mercury finance that in days pass was the leader in sub-prime lending. Although I have not joining in any of the stockholder lawsuits I have taken the Liberty of submitting a friend of the court brief. It is my belief (hope) that the Bankruptcy Court will see the light, and disallowance this attempt in my opinion, of having the common stockholders take the blunt of the improper and/or illegal actions of the Company and its officers. A first year MBA student would quickly determined that this company is not a candidate for bankruptcy, and again I state I hope the judge is able to come to the same conclusion. You asked if I was investing in Mercury Finance, the answer is I have been and continue to . I am sure that I do not have to say but I will, this company is not for the week at heart or to spend ones milk money on. The risk are very high and the warrants (if they are ever issued) may not be worth a dime. But as us traders like to say, "and the masses lose their asses", and I may very well lose mind on this stock, it won't be the first time nor the last.
