- Ron, I agree with your analysis. It's going to take another qtr or 2 to see it the Alb. purchase works.

- Also, Albatronics appears to be a low-end manufactuerer; whereas Nam Tai is high-end. Albatronics in the developing world; Nam Tai in the developed. Really looks like the potential for synergies can be realized in a big way.

- Also, I think only $10 mill or so was paid for 50% of Alb's publicly traded stock - which I can't find a quote on - so the downside is capped at $10 mill.
