My brokerage is DLJ Direct and they will be allotted some of the MKTW shares which they will distribute to customers who meet minimum asset limits. I have a request in for 300 shares. They are offering 100, 200, or 300 shares max to each customer. Caveat is that you are not guarannteed to receive any shares at all, the IPO is expected to price after 5:00 on Thursday and they will be calling customers between 5:00 and 9:00 to clients who have submitted requests for IPO shares. If they fail to reach you on the first call, they move on to the next in line. I am hoping I will get ahold of some shares :)

This is accurate info, please feel free to verify by calling DLJ at (800) 825-5723
