Illegal hype. If I am out pumping the fact that my margins have increased dramatically, I have wildly beat EPS expectations, made another strategic sale of common stock to Softbank, yada yada yada, but fail to disclose how this actually came to pass, that is bad. Read points 4,5,and 6 of the Meeker letter. They have done the same thing with their CPM disclosure for the fourth quarter. Now in the first quarter, it is tough to find a banner. Don't listen to me if you don't want to. Sell the stock and buy more AOL in the 120s. Guru.
