Dwayne, my interpretation is that it's a 3 yr. agreement that was formed only a year ago on or around Dec 17, 1997. -- "The 3-year exclusive license agreement..." sec.gov but that's my interpretation -- let me know the results of your evaluation please. What I'm really searching for is a report confirming X amount of minerals located as a result of ESSI'S efforts. Or weeds in wheat fields, etc. Can anyone point me to results such as these? I'm very eager to confirm the accuracy of our equipment. I'm sure it'll be argued that Noranda wouldn't have chosen ESSI otherwise. However, I've yet to see royalties, and I've yet to see anything other than claims of quick and inexpensive capabilities, only to see subsequent stories re. the acquisition of an immense amount of data that takes time to process, etc. Cheers
