Thanks for OMPT.... I'm very new at this and will take your advice and watch it closely. I was only able to get 300 shares, but its a start. I'm just happy not to be in the "pennies" anymore. Live and Learn!! Dawg's post just broke my heart!!!!!! I didn't realize how quickly something like that could happen. I'm sure with you on his side, he'll be able to come back soon. From what I've read, he has a lot of support. I sure do wish him the best. Thanks again. Donna

Tim: I have been searching for confirmation of a buy-out rumor on ompt. Except for a early Dec 98 DJ article where ompt said they were "on the block" and the CBS MW article you posted which had a brief mention I (and my broker) havent found one. I am waiting for an Investor's kit from the co. to see their debt exposure. After some DD, I bot 500 when there was a late afternoon dip to 11 3/8 but my timing was a little slow and I got in at 12.25. I am a little concerned about the 195000 sh cross you posted. Was this a buy oe sell? (if you can tell) I bot sgi on the buy out rumor at 15 in Oct 97 and rode sgi down to 7-3/8. The rumor was posted on SI and confirmed in a S.F. newspaper. (I will sell soon and have a small profit but lost 15 mounths where I could have been doing better). I wont sit on a loss again <g> Please Please Please post any thoughts on the ompt buy-out. I don't have the sources of info that you do. I don't want to have another sgi experance. (Buy on rumor, Sell on News <g>) BTW. I got a rumor that pios will be bought. Got the tip from a Computer salesman who is not in the stock market. (my son<g>) He can't find out when this buy-out will take place or what the offer is. A stock that has gone up almost 4000% in 18 months seems overpriced to me...but then again I thought it was overpriced after a 1000% run so I am no expert; does seem radically different than most of your picks though. Good luck to you if you take a dip, I myself would never even consider it.

OMPT, I think that 12 was a pretty tough resistance to break. 17 would be the next resistance and there is nothing in the chart or indicators to say that that won't be the direction it is heading. Jeff Roberts
