Humbly report, Andy, regarding ads, non-members can see them. If you log out of SI and then cruise around again without signing on first, you will see them. BTW, here is the last word on SI and ads, from Brad Dryer, the SI programmer - #reply-4174238 : We will not bombard you with banner advertising or other forms of solicitation. Specifically, banner ads will not be placed in the message boards for members (If we do, you will have the ability to turn them off). Cheers, Svejk proofsheet.com
