thanks michael, I sent an email to IR and ask a few questions, they usually respond, but with not much info, one inquiry was ER, so will post what I get...I thought we had hit the same brick wall Friday, as it got to 4 and just had to beat and beat against 4 to finally break the resistance there...so we may have a tough time getting to 5 and thru, because I feel there will be a ton of sellers in that area...not-withstanding, some official announcement! A good ER or some announcement re: RT...also some announcement re: Ageis work, or something unknown like sale of RT or rumors of Buyout, anything could set this stock off and jam it thru resistance...We just see it every day, and has been dificult setting on this position for so long and watching other positions just roar ahead! The internut shares are causing my teeth to hurt, I think it could totally drag this market down, something sets off the selling and shazam! we go into the crapper! I heard one of them had a market cap worth more than the country of Norway! Well big football games on today...good luck monday, I look forward to reading the posts...hope we make a HR...

Michael, I have always thought of VOD as a realtime application. Therefore, I have never thought of the possibility of "losing focus because of the 2 divisions" or thought that "selling the realtime division" made much sense. I think of CCUR as a company selling realtime hardware and software solutions to various industries.
Historically the business has been focused on government/military.
Now, hopefully we have a good commercial opportunity with VOD.

I think that VTSS is a reasonable analogy. The company was making Gallium Arsenide chips for military applications (if I recall correctly), which was a declining business, while it was developing high speed GaAs chips for use in communications. It had flat sales for quite a while until the growth in the communications chips overwhelmed the decline in the older business. Since then the stock has gone up 30 times.
