Hi Joe: Yes a lot of progress has been and continues to be made - however - I doubt if we will see a sustained support level above $2.00, let alone $1.50 until the numbers are there in black and white in the financial statements (FS). The next one is three months away and should include the ICI sale. Good news releases are one thing - good FS's are another. It appears that the market wants more of the latter before NIR will again retain strong support. It may now just be a matter of putting it on the back burner, accumulating more stock, and waiting for the business plan to make its way into the FS's and show up as strong sales/profits. The second half of 1999 should be good - too bad it's not here now. David.
