On a level playing field, you are absolutely correct in your assertions. This however has not been a level playing field since JT has labored under secrecy constraints imposed upon him by SEC regulations as well as DB & ML. You and your colleagues have had the open opportunity to distort and malign the CEO and management of a company which has accomplished the impossible in the time frame in which it has done so. The duplicity that has been shown by your dupe, Bloomberg and his inept lieutenant Evans, in putting biased and slanted news out to the investment public is incalculable. The harm which has been wrought by this conduct will never be measured because there have undoubtedly been many margin buyers who have fallen victim along the way to your methods. When the announcement is made and the price of the stock is allowed to fluctuate in the market-place, it is then and only then that your post will have merit. Till then I will remember whom I need to fear and whom I wish to call friend. OSO
