Barebehind,

>>>Yes, some folks believe that the stock market is rigged, and that short sellers would rather target viable companies and tell lies to profit.
<<<

...sheesh, you're posting like a college girl, old Bearwoman! Of course the market gets rigged. This is money! Greed, as YOU very well know, happens...and GASP! ...people go to jail every day!!

Since when were terms like "viable" and concepts like "truth" even in the vocabulary of any self respecting short seller? (or even yours, for that matter?) It's too late in this game for the likes of a Barbara Payne to wax philosophic on the institutional integrity of the market. We all know a corporate lynchin' when we see one. And pluuuuuease: Short sellers don't act on feelings of righteousness, truth or "viability" ...they see blood and the buy in. It isn't till far after they cover their asses, do they then seek to rationalize their actions ( sound familiar?). And no one wants to hear it!

regards,

bigbore
