Ed, thanks for the advice, now where shuold I send the check?? Obviously kidding!!!! When I talked to steve samblis on the phone he said "talk to Rusty, he'll charm the pants off you" I don't know about you but usually when my pants come off I'm getting screwed. I don't need to be "charmed" out of my investment money, I'll stick with the hard facts and they "Just say NO" to MLRE. Unless of course I could get in for 10% of market value at the time. Financing done at $2.50 when shares are $25.
