To the best of my knowledge, that information is not yet known. I would expect the full details regarding ownership will be released when the IPO is announced. I offer the following guess. After IPO based on 25% stake ownership offering. NAVR ownership = 63.75% VVTV ownership = 11.25% Public ownership = 25% This is only a guess as NAVR has been pretty tight-lipped regarding details for the IPO. I have been trading NAVR for about 60 days and expect two major runs within the next 29 days. NAVR had a pretty high short interest based on last months number, but I expect that the majority of shorts have covered and I do not expect much of a squeeze. Good Luck.
