Dennis, One thing I do know is that in the past (and people still joke about it) the stock price seemed to be influenced by "Inside Trading" when there were big sells when all seemed good. As it turns out the selling was by the wife of one of the founders. I guess they had much of their worth tied up in the stock. It was very frustrating for the share owners and, I imagine, the Board. Perhaps it was frustrating for the Prudential specialist too. At this point he must be happy. I noticed one trade last week for $24,000,000. He must have made a buck or two off of it. Thanks. Len
