The man I talked with about this link said this mutual fund company only buys stocks for "long holds" which he said is always more than six months. They do not "buy on dips" they simply continue to add to their holdings.

He said that means they will continue to reinvest that portion of their portfolio in DBCC.

This is the first time I have seen DBCC rated as such a long hold rather than just the runnup we have been talking about with the Marketwatch IPO.

He also said there is a chance Marketwatch would purchase DBCC in swap trade at some point to give Marketwatch more daily control.

Marketwatch is only listing 51 employees now and that scenario sounds logical. The main point though is DBCC is likely a long term hold and not bail out after the sell off, whenever that is and if it occurs.
