As I can only speak for myself, SO WHAT!! for not paying an arbitration award.....like having your drivers lisence suspended for not paying an insurance surcharge. Anthony, keep up the good work!! When you turn over rocks, you find snakes. When you turn over NASD rocks (or any gov agency), the snakes bites with a poisonous venom called acdministrative penalties, arb awards, fines, surcharges, whatever

For your INFO ...I U-5'd In June of 1998 and cancelled my memebership at that time..I had no intention of paying any additional fees to the NASD or the membership..And Pursuant to NASD rules a memeber whop does not pay his or her dues will have their license revoked...Once your license is revoked ..you then become suspended from conducting a securities businees..

$30,000 would re-instate this sorry license ..

It was not suspended or revoked for any wrongdoing , violations, and or hearings..It was simply a decision not to pay.,..If you think that is meaningful or if that somehow means JOE is now an honest and trustworthy guy..then you need some help...Ive been at the front lines ..I know exactly what Im talking about...You guys are getting pretty worked up,..obviously someone is nervous....
