gradeaux In that article Mastrini does talk about a partnership with a major player on the Internet. That was back in April. More than interesting that he was talking about it that early on don't you think? Mark

Anyone who did there homework on IFLY already knew everything Auric posted with the exception of the supposed mob connection to Euro Atlantic through Mr Guadagno .... which I might add ..... was all another ploy to boost his fear mongering. Why didn't Auric mention former American and Continental Airlines CEO (Warde) .... or former President of Home Shopping club (Bailey), former COO of Revco (Bellini). As far as the gentlemen working for questionable firms ..... Gaggi .... one year (1993-1994) at Barington Capitol (i.e. took over DH Blair and the infamous Morty Davis operation LAST YEAR) .... hardly a questionable background. Mr Guadagno worked for Euro Atlantic for 3 years. Big deal. Did he know they had mob connections when hired ? Warrant stripping and denial as Auric puts it. I see no such thing. The warrants aren't stripped from anywhere. They have been free trading since day one. Read the propectus. Amigo Mike
