"89 Times series MA of median price"

So you like *median* price ( (H+L)/2 ) more than just using cloising price in your moving average?

What does the "times series" mean?

Thanks,
Nicholas

Thanks Richard, I agree that confirming the trend is the key. I am currently using TRIX(12) which is the default..., will try TRIX(13). I like the 89 Day MA too and have added that to my default chart view.

Nicholas, the "89 (time series) MA" that Richard is referring to will vary depending on how you are viewing your charts. It will either be an 89 day, 89 week, 89 month, etc., moving average.
