Doing a little research on this Canadian company, to see if it's a comparison 48mm outstanding..will research the SEC filings to see how they listed on the NAZ

Another good example one could have looked at was HPC on the TSE Hyall Pharmaceutical and while it was trading on the Nasdaq it was HYALF I believe.The price relationship was reflected by the currency I believe.(Incidentally Hyall is no longer listed on the Nasdaq OTC as of a week or so ago.
