In all the things mentioned, no one has cast any aspersions on Dr. Mitchell who is running the show at LCSG - I don't care who brought them public, Dr. Mitchell has made alot of smart moves including the decision not to merge with SRAD, which I believe has to be viewed as a feather in his cap and a statement about how he wants to distance himself from the other companies negatively reflected in prior posts on thsi board. Perhaps he contemplated the deal because it was suggested to him as a simple way to have the company become a reporting company, at less cost, then looked into SRAD some more during the due diligence period (after all, that's what that time is for), and decided not to pull the trigger when he came up with the same info Mary did. Is that definitive, I don't know, but it seems a logical read of recent events.
