Prior firm, in realty, has nothing to do with current firm.

Believe ICC was just a quick way for RRRR to get Nasdaq Listing. Basically the move, with the installment of Rare Medium's management team, was clearly a reverse merger. A reverse merger circumvents Nasdaq listing requirements by providing a Nasdaq shell. Note all of ICC's previous business (Air Conditioning) has been sold off without RRRR assuming any of the liabilities.

Plus RRRR's main office in the middle of Silicon Alley in New York isn't condussive to hazardous waste.

Please thoroughly review raremedium.com so you know exactly that RRRR is just a name change away from having nothing to do with ICC Technologies (actually there is a passive relationship where RRRR shares holders will still benefit from the revenue growth of ICC- see ** at bottom of subject page).

Hope that clears up your misconceptions.
