Answers 1) The last bill came at the end of October. I didn't realize that I wasn't being billed until the service got so bad! 2) The signal from the antenna goes through a small amplifier. Then, it is fed to a Gen'l Instruments (Level3??) cable modem. This device has a ethernet output which connects to my ethernet hub. All the machines in my house have access to the high speed service (when it worked) via the ethernet. We miss it. 3) I don't know about digital video. and 4) No, my system is telephone out-RF back.
