Actually I was wrong on one point: AMEN will have to PAY $.25 to settle all warrants that are not exercised. I'd rather get $8 than $.25, personally. You can always buy the shares. Mark my words, somebody on these boards will post a message in April saying, "I'm holding 1000 AMENW. Where can I get a quote?"

I'd exchange them now. Buy the shares if you like. What you lose in leverage, you gain in peace of mind.

Also, recognize that once the warrants are gone, the stock will be the only way to play AMEN. This could have huge implications on volatility. It's like half the float is drying up.
