Broadcast.com though provides a real service to the alumni of a lot of Universities who want to follow their old school sport teams.

My brother uses it to listen to KGO play the 49er games from his home in Missouri. He logs into the www.nfl.com so he can see the diagrams of the plays while listening. Of course, if he wasn't so cheap, he'd have a satalite dish and watch the game on TV.

My thinking is major networks will write their own software and broadcast on the internet if it is a big market.

re AOHell.... Why is it rumored that MSFT is looking for a buyer for its MSN? No real good revenue for too long?
