So, the latest news is: Datastream Systems Inc (DSTM) DATASTREAM SYSTEMS INC's accounting practices have been challenged in a shareholder lawsuit recently filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, Greenville Division, several law firms said late Monday. The complaint alleges that defendants inflated earnings from operations by using accounting treatments not in conformity with generally accepted accounting practices. It also alleges that defendants' misleading positive statements artificially inflated the price of Datastream's common stock during the class period.
