Actually BMG is hitting the bricks just like AOL did at the beginning of their big push. BMG and Columbia House want a piece of this new action and will be pressing very hard in the near term for more members. They're going to give away the farm and look like they want nothing in return for it.
The reality is that they have very limited resources when it comes to selections but almost unlimited resources when it comes to money.
We can't underestimate them because we can't predict what a cornered animal will do. The can get very creative and I wouldn't rule anything out.
They are still clubs and they still only distribute their own artists stuff.

Eagle, we are in the CD business. But it is not our primary business.

It will take more than being the low cost provider to be successful on the Internet. It will also take a combination of a great website and top notch service. These three elements will do it, IMO.

1. low cost

2. state of the art website

3. top notch customer service

Put these three together with the TSIG business plan and we have an unbeatable combination, IMO
