Why not address the issues raised rather than create false issues attacking the posters that bring legitimate questions and documented links to their analysis?

It is the management of this company that bears the full responsibility for where this stock is.

Now, Having said that, It's hard to understand how the company's previous ir firm screwed up the 4:1 reverse. First claiming it would not happen, then having it materialize 3 days later.

Makes the company look very, very bad.

It seems to me that this would be logical, get trading halted until questions are resolved, if ever! Then they would really be protecting the naive investor.

Ummm... how is the "naive investor" helped when the SEC halts trading in their stock "out of the blue"? Sorry, but if there's evidence that the stock I am in is not, say, acting on the up and up, I'd like to know about it enough time in advance to do my own DD so I can get out if need be before it's too late. Talk about being naive...

jjbucci, Do you work for the Clinton defense team? What a bunch of phony bologna.

jhild has always asked relevant and substantive questions about the way this PUBLIC company is being run!

Attacking his motives is just a smoke screen to distract us from the real issues at hand - is this a viable company being run by competent individuals?

The evidence so far indicates NO! Therefore, the conclusion must be that there is something to hide -- especially since the company has not presented credible information in months.

jjbucci, from the tone of this (and previous) postings I believe you have an emotional (and most likely a financial) investment in this company. Therefore, I must conclude that you are probably a bias observer trying to verify the rumors (your favorite word) you spread.

Jhild, from all of us who follow this stock just to see how thing turn out, thanks for keeping things exciting and humorous.

Suspicious of saviours?

The "stop saving us from ourselves" protest is, perhaps, one of the greatest fallacies surrounding the mythical 'stock basher'. Visiting the kitchens of many 'bashers', one can find a few reasons for stomping on cockroaches like NBMX.

One could stomp on the roach because he truly was saving his family from the dreaded pest. Then again, maybe he doesn't care so much about the family. Could it be that he just doesn't like bugs—so he stomps on them? Why do all the little ego-maniacs think it's for their benefit?

"Darling, stop saving us from the cockroaches!"
"Shut up wench. I just don't like bugs—I'll stomp 'em as I please. No law against keeping a bug-free kitchen. Keeps the disease down."

...and so it goes.
