Andrew:

Excellent find on the Infoworld article. Nice to see Lark Allen is getting into the print media. I hope WAVX doesn't get painted as the company that ends "free stuff" on the net. WAVX has to be careful how we position or market our wondrous little chip.

Regards,

Ron

Many moons ago, when I was a new investor, I asked this thread about the difference between the WaveMeter (at the time) and the client-side system in my DSS box. My DSS box allows me to instantaneously purchase movies then at a later time it calls up DirecTV (integrated modem) and adds the movie purchase to my bill.

After reading Andrew's Infoworld article I realize that the existing DSS box client-side model will help us in selling EMBASSY to vendors and everyone. It's a widely-used, proven concept, but in our case much much more interactive and flexible.

Another thought on an early Sunday morning: Wave should ally with a big name credit facility such as VISA, American Express, Discover, or Master Card. At least a big credit institution like Chase Manhattan or Citicorp. That way they would get a cut of balance interest. It must be very profitable given the number of credit crap I get in the mail<g>
FWIW,
