Ethics in sports.
While I wait for the markets to open this AM,
have been thinking about ethics in sports.
Does anyone else remember when the US cycling team won medals at a summer olympics in which they were using a system that hadn't been banned yet? Taking blood a few weeks before an event and then infusing that blood on the day of the event. Neat trick. Was it ethical to use this as an advantage?

What made me think of this was the $3,000,000. baseball.
Was it ethical for an athlete to use an un-banned steroid to enhance his performance?
For my part, I find Sammy Sosa's numbers a lot more credible.
They should put an asterisk beside McGuire's stats.
