I believe that liability involved in releasing flow rates that aren't exact are keeping the participants from putting something out. Especially when the current well will hopefully put down very soon. I could see the lawyers scream, "You SAID it was xxx flow per day." The second well could produce at a rate higher or lower than the original.

Could be a good week if the crew gets a little luck along with their skill in snubbing the #1.
