Why would they sell if they knew a buyout were close ?

I don't want a buyout right now, I want the stock price to be
much higher when/if that would happen (also remember the
poison pill which I believe is placed at $ 65).

Why would insiders sell if there is a buy out - Unless the buy out price is much lower than the market price? Ram
