Well actually they aren't in Hilton Head, about 10 minutes or so off island on the main road in, rt 278. Where they are located is still basically undeveloped but in 10 years will probably be overdeveloped. There is no doubt that this is a growing and very affluent area. I just don't like over hyped BB's that fail to reveal financial information, even when asked directly. When I talked to Steve, even he said they would have been happy with 2 or 3 dollars a share and never expected a run to $28. And if you think about it that is more in line with what most stock promotors charge. Also the option to finance at $2.50 / share before dec 31. reflects a more reasonable value. I would not have such a problem either if the stock wasn't being FALSLY hyped here, just in time for them 1.8 million options.
