HOT.UN looks like it could give a nice capital gain as well as the better than average 14% dividend. At these prices, how can they not do well. With 14% plus another 10-20% gain that is nothing to sneeze at and makes my mutual funds look pathetic.

If Americans continue to buy Canadian tech stocks like they have over the past week or two, they might turn to real estate as well and REITS should prosper.
