Parsons et. al. Dustin is, evidently, the perfect man for the position he holds. He comes on board, injects some of his own money. Tells us all that he is focusing on building a Native American net work of finding end users and financing new housing. A few short weeks ago. ( A very few by the way ) He started out with 4 clean white shirts, a small bag of meatloaf sandwiches, an extra battery and an auto charger for his cell phone. If the reports that have been coming up on this board are 1/2 true, we know he has been on the road successfully doing all this. For those who have never started a new product please remember that a good many of Dustin's calls amount to missionary work. These are tough calls where you know there will be no immediate results but you work to insure a sale later on. ---- OT ---- I often speculate what must go on in Dustin's head when he ends his day, makes notes, and then might check out our thread. What does he think when someone writes, " Well I'm getting out at .025 ." Or the ever insistent demand for a press release. " LENEXA KA. ARET ( American resources OTC:BB ) announced today it has put out a purchase order for two Ball Peen and two Claw hammers. If you call him and talk to him what you'll hear is a driving, tireless, enthusiastic, man. He not only has exceptional product knowledge, but he has with a plan, (one,by the way, he can articulate ! ) I personally get the impression he could, "Talk a dog off a meat wagon." Dustin has consistently emphasized he has little to do with the actual construction process. He just plain does not have time.. I personally bought into ARET and stay long because it seem set apart in a subtle yet very important way. That subtle factor was Delmar Janovic. With these small coy. there is usually just a smattering of info available. One thing stood out to me and that was Delmar's reputation for honesty, and integrity, even in the face of a bankruptcy. Almost every person I talked to would make that point. For many, of course, reasoning such as this, without more emphasis on balance sheets etc. is financial doom. Still, maybe Diogenes DID have a decent portion of the right idea./ al
