By nature of the product, the percentage will be masively on the internet. I would assume the operators will be multiple trained for several products and added as necessary. There is room for station additions. I have purposely called and taken care of questions and been very nicely and completely helped. I know business was minimal at that point but the knowledge I needed as a customer was readily available. It would also be logical the telephone orderers must know what they want or need little assistance. I would also assume the competition did not start as a teleservices company and expand into the internet. TSIG has already done the set-up costs. Also the competition probably didn't think of it or dismissed it.
