I'd check with UUNET to see if they have a local number for you--you might just get lucky. Put MB Trading on the other end. It's a good combination. Satellite pricing will make you gulp. Connectivity favors dense populations and high income areas. Don't think you qualify. Plan B: alligator clips.

I've never tried ISDN but I hear it can be costly and technologically painful, especially if your telco is marginal. If you get it working well, though, it's a good alternative.
