Maybe I missed it. Wasn't that just a suggestion on your part, a while back? Did Pat tell you he liked your idea and was going to go with it? BTW, regarding Pat as "Shareholder #1". Would you deny that he acts like it? And why is Pat Hayton named as co-defendant in lawsuits against the company? Where did creditors get the idea that Pat Hayton is running the show, if he is just a consultant?
