Mr. Rhino, Great to hear your comments. Sounds like you are a pretty level-headed guy, and no wonder you have been successful. Let's hope you continue in that direction. Your quote from Bill Parcells, "Until you understand what makes you lose, you'll never understand how to win," agrees totally with everything I have learned in the past 1 1/2 years. Those words are easily worth a semester's tuition at any business school you like. Good advice for all of us. Bill
